How it works

Register an Account

First step is to register a new member account and fill out the requested information. A confirmation email will be sent out within a couple of minutes containing your password. After you have registered you will receive a free trial session for our CCNA/CCNP and CCIE rack.

Log in to My Page

After you've logged in to our site you'll get to My Page. Here you'll get an overview of your account. You can see scheduled sessions, ongoing sessions, available credits, manage saved configurations and view a history log of things that you have done in the past.

Buy Access

Session slots for the rack rental can be purchased using VISA, MasterCard or Eurocard. All sensitive information is transmitted across a secure (SSL) connection.

Book Your Session

Our system is designed to give you the flexibility to book sessions with times that suite you. All sessions are scheduled in 1 hour blocks.

To schedule your CCNA/CCNP or CCIE rack rental sessions click on the ”Access Racks” tab. Then click the ”Book a Session” link for the lab topology that you'd like to use. Check all the sessions that you want and then click the ”Save Changes” button. Done!

You can also use the ”Quick start session” feature if you'd like to start a session immediately. Just select the amount of time and credits that you'd like to use from the dropdown menu and click ”Start now”.

Our scheduling system also allows you to reschedule or remove sessions without having to contact customer service.

Start your Lab Practice

After you have scheduled a session you will see it listed on My Page under Upcoming Sessions. You'll see a timer showing the time remaining until the session starts. Once it has started you'll get a link that you can click on to bring you to the session page. A new Ongoing Session tab will also be displayed which also brings you to the session.

Ongoing Session

Once you have started your lab you'll be able to access all the routers and switches either by using your preferred telnet client (i.e Putty or SecureCRT) or the Browser Integrated Telnet Client.

You'll also have access to the following features:

  • Extend session – If you're running out of time and want to continue your session for another while you'll have the option to extend your session time.
  • Load configurations – Previously saved configurations and preconfigurations can be loaded at any time during your session
  • Save configurations – You can save configurations as often as you'd like. Saved configurations can be accessed from My Page
  • Share with a friend – If you have a study partner you can share you session to allow you to work together.
